Shipping Payment & Returns
We accept credit card, paypal and afterpay. Payment can also be organised via direct debit by ringing me on 0408 924 729 or email at email@example.com.
Orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. No shipping is done over the weekend.
I offer free delivery to the areas around my home base of Mareeba and I will deliver to your area according to the following schedule. I can only deliver to residential or business addresses not PO Boxes.
All domestic orders will be delivered with Australia Post either by regular parcel or express post. These options will be available and calculated for you to select during checkout.
Free standard domestic shipping will automatically be applied to orders over $79 during the checkout process.
Currently we ship to North America, with weights up to 2kgs $16 (economy air). Orders weighing over 2 kgs go by economy sea $47.00
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Australia Post will not let the seller lodge a lost item claim till after the expected delivery date, plus any days that they are known to be behind. So if the expected delivery date was 6 days after it is posted and they know they are behind by 3 days, you can't claim it's lost till after 9 days. At busy times they may know they are behind by 10 days so you can't lodge a lost item complaint till 16 days. Whilst postage delays are very frustrating, these delays are not in the sellers control.
Please note Australia post counts only business days, so weekends and public holidays do not count in their expected delivery times.
If your item is lost in transit, I will refund you or replace the item, provided Australia Post has confirmed that the item is lost. I do not refund or replace items for delays in shipping that are outside my control
